The staff members gave A+ treatment, from the Front Desk person to the Discharge Nurse, and were superb, friendly, and professional. The team believes patient comfort comes first, providing efficient, patient-centered service. However, it is located at 1701 N Senate, downtown, and patients have to pay for parking, which is ridiculous and too expensive, as the hospital should validate patient parking.
I was my future son-in-law driver for his colonoscopy exam, and from the moment that we entered that building (@ 6:30 in the morning till we left) the staff members gave us A+ treatment! From the Front Desk person to the Discharge Nurse they were superb! I wish that I could recall some of their names, but I do remember Dr. Wolfe he performed the test. When you have a staff of people that all believe that the patient comfort, comes first, then you are working with a great team! Keep up the good work!

1701 N Senate, downtown. The only thing I hate is that you have to pay for parking even if you are a patient coming in for an appointment. The hospital should validate patient parking at least. Family members coming to visit admitted patients i can see paying for parking. But me paying for parking everytime I have an appointment to see my doctor is ridiculous and too expensive!
