Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek is a medical facility that provides quality care and a friendly staff. Patients appreciate the excellent doctors, like Dr. Rivera and Dr. G, who offer exceptional service. However, the clinic faces challenges with long wait times at the pharmacy and poor customer service over the phone. Despite these issues, the majority of patients are satisfied with the overall experience and are grateful for the clinic's care for their families over the years.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I truly felt listened to by Dr. Jennifer Pillow. She had great reviews and I went to her for a Pap smear appointment. The reason I’m deleting 3 stars is because their billing department did not bill my appointment through insurance - one of the reasons I specifically chose this Doctor was because she was in network. I called last month when I noticed this, and whoever I spoke with said she would send it through insurance and would reflect in 30 days. It’s been over 30 days and no change in my bill. I called again and whoever I spoke with today said no one ever billed it through insurance. Now I have to continue waiting...read full review
Went in the evening for podiatrist appointment and the medical assistant was sick and coughing everywhere. Have we learned nothing from Covid?! Please have your employees stay home when sick. Come in for feet and leave with respiratory illlness. Really?! Do better. The sign at the door says mask are mandatory for respiratory sickness so why wasn’t the medical assistant wearing a mask?!
other than the very long wait this clinic is so good and everyone is so nice, the bad reviews are from first time visitors and people going for dental. I LOVE DR. RIVERA, and all my nurses shout out to them.
