Patients report pleasant experiences with kind, professional, and friendly staff. The registration process is quick and easy, with short wait times. The medical staff, including nurses and doctors, take their time with patients, do not make them feel rushed, and provide thorough care and helpful advice. They listen to patients, read charts, and address current issues in an encouraging and hopeful manner. Many patients express satisfaction with the care received, stating they would definitely come back again and have never had a bad experience with any of the departments.
Had to make a visit because my son wasn't feeling well. I gave them a call before we got there and was told they weren't busy so it was a good time to walk in. When we arrived there was no line, we were greeted right away and checked in. The registration process was quick and easy. After registration we waited fewer than ten minutes before being called back.
The nurse asked questions regarding reason for our visit. She took my son's vitals and administered a throat swab. She let us know how long it would take to get results back (10 minutes) and that the doctor would be in soon. I had such a pleasant experience at Med Check. Every single staff person was kind. The LPN and NP that I saw took their time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed. They heard me, read my chart and saw the current issues I was facing and were just so encouraging and hopeful. I have never had a bad experience with any of the departments at Community Health Pavilion.
I have been taking my 14 year old daughter to Dr. Huddleston from the 2nd floor family practice for over 6 years now. She loves Dr. H. She talks directly to my daughter instead of to me and doesn't treat her like she is a kid. My daughter loves that, and frankly, so do I. We always leave there with our questions answered and her problems taken care of.
