I have gone to this place for years to get braided. Never had an issue. But this time I went and it started with I was getting small braids and I believe I had the slowest braider ever. Other clients in the shop had two people braiding their hair…not me. The really bad part is at the end when she is finishing up, the lady burns me with the hot water. I have reached out to who I believe is the owner and she has not responded. So anyone that says rude, I agree. No empathy. It was horrible!

Even though I’m a frequent customer, I go at least four times to six times a year. All I wanted was my braids taken down so I could wash my hair and get it done again. The person on the phone was kind of rude, maybe because of the language barrier. But I am huge on customer service. If you’re unable to understand your customer, you definitely need to invest in getting someone to answer your phone. Someone who can speak to your customers in a polite manner, so you don’t lose business.Services: Braids

I went in for a consultation and was given a very fair price. I was scheduled for the next day. She gave me a courtesy call, which I thought was very professional! When I got there I was immediately ask how my day was and Mrs. R assistant started on my hair very professional. I was so comfortable there I felt myself falling asleep at times when I tell you I love my hair and the service was phenomenal! I would recommend this shop to anyone they did everything needed and did not cut corners!! Thank you so much for your warmth and Professionalism! I am already looking for my next style!
