“Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating. They ultimately replaced a control board and another part, and now the furnace works as expected! Thanks to Jacob, Skip, and Mike for sticking with it & figuring out the issue! “I was told by WARD'S Heating and Cooling to contact an electrician because we were having trouble with circuit boards quitting. A Family Member advised Chase Crager of Emerald Vines of what we needed. He showed up exactly at the time he quoted, came in and looked things over and found out the wrong circuit board was to blame (for a rooftop unit not a unit we have)!
