“My Chewy has been going to the same vet for 11 years. So when I moved here from out of state, the thought of finding a new vet for him was terrifying. I was very pleased with Deer Run and the staff. And so was Chewy. He didn't tremble at all. And it was obvious he knew he was in good hands. Everyone was sweet and friendly. I can't say enough great things about our experience. “Our beloved boy Bert was near the end. We didn't want to say goodbye. But the wonderful people at EVCC helped him make his final transition and allowed us to say goodbye in a loving peaceful manner. Believe me, we tried everything to keep him here with us, but I am so happy we took Bert to their office in Highland, In as you could see the care and attention, they gave him in his final moments. “I have anxiety about bringing my Labrador to the vet because he gets nervous and reactive. Our previous vet was rude and dismissive, so I tried crossroads and I’ve been there twice with him so far. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly patient and kind. I’ve seen both Dr. A and Dr. Tyler and both of them were just fantastic.
