I am so impressed with the overall services provided by Hays and Sons Complete Restoration. My parent’s house was damaged from a fire on June 1, 2023. My parents hired Hays and Sons to do the demolition, mitigation and reconstruction. All of the Hays & Sons’ personnel were friendly, professional, and sensitive to my parents needs. There was extensive water damage and the Hays and Sons’ staff quickly addressed it by drying out their house to reduce the possibility of mold. Their process for removing all furnishing was clear and concise. All items were tagged and accounted for which supported my parents’ peace of mind. Outstanding restoration by a dedicated team. First contact with Mio gave assurance and confidence we had the right contractor whose goal is customer satisfaction. For as bad an experience as it is to have a flooded basement, the guys at Hays and Sons of Crown Point really put my mind at ease from the moment they arrived. Travis, David, and Trictain were truly outstanding from beginning to end, going above and beyond to look out for my and my family’s needs the entire way. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough.
