“I have never had anything but good service at Mellon. I prepare my paperwork, drop it off along with payment and I'm good to go. I have my appropriate paperwork in order so no need for face to face. I trust them. When I receive the taxes back in the mail they are neatly prepared and easy for me to go over the completed paperwork for any questions or If I feel there was an error which thankfully I have never found. I do not feel the need for personal interaction.“
