She was personable, professional, and did a great job on my hair. The time went by so fast and I actually had fun. I even met the owner who was so cool. I found out they offer other services like Eustachian treatments. The music was nice, the shop was clean, and the whole vibe was amazing. I’ll definitely be returning.

I wouldn't go anywhere else in 2 yrs when it needs a fresh coat. So friendly, so reasonable, and communication was top notch! There is a serious problem with Oak Street Health.
They told me it was time for my annual visit, so to prepare myself I made a list of things I needed to address. They canceled my appointment the morning of the appointment.
I've called 4 times trying to get an appointment and each time they say they will call me back.
What kind of doctors office won't give an appointment and offers to call you back?
I've been waiting almost 24 hours for them to call me back for an appointment.
Edit: I was able to finally able to complete an appointment and all my concerns were addressed, by the medical assistant that was able to change the type of appointment I was given, and Dr. Bodkin. I initially gave 1 star. I'm giving 4 stars. I would hope in the future I can get consistent care through the Glen Park office. ?

A friend told me about Hype hair, then I called stylist Tracey for my very 1st appt. Got to the shop met Tracey, who is now my new stylist. The atmosphere was nice and quite. My hair is cut short and I absolutely loved what Tracey did with it she add a high light & height to the top and curl the rest in layers I loved. She's 10, as far as I'm concerned.

Stumbled into this shop when I was in a pinch, and so glad I did. The place is huge. They have like 20 hair specialist in there, and walk-ins are welcomed, but be ready to wait a little. I am not saying who my barber is cause when I come I don't want y'all in the way ... Nah, Bishop makes me look good every time.

Great service, I called around 9:15 am asked for an opening and she said come on in. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted as I hadn’t cut my hair in over 10 years but she heard me out and hooked me up with something nice looking without just trying to get me to go super short! Real handy with the straight razor too. Took her time and was fun to talk to. Will definitely be coming back!

My 14 year old Grandson has been going here since he was about 3 years old. That's what he told me ? My Son is very particular about who cuts his and his Son's hair; And I know he's been going here for years. The Babers are "On the Ball". They are quite detailed. They aim to please ♥️ I wish I had known about this place when my Sons were growing up!. I also have a Son in Memphis. He may wait to come to town; Just to get a cut from you guys. Our hot water heater went out on the weekend. Called and spoke to Michelle who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Sebastian came Sunday morning to replace the hot water heater. Sebastian did a fantastic job! Will definitely call again if we run into any plumbing issues.

He explained the findings clearly and performed a deep chimney Sweep Cleaning that removed years of buildup. He also completed a small chimney repair, sealing a crack that could have caused issues down the line. I added air duct cleaning to the visit, and the improvement in indoor comfort was immediate. Their Fireplace cleaning was the perfect finishing touch and now my fireplace looks brand new. I’m beyond satisfied with their professionalism, cleanliness, and commitment to high-quality service.
