I have never had anything but good service at Mellon. I prepare my paperwork, drop it off along with payment and I'm good to go. I have my appropriate paperwork in order so no need for face to face. I trust them. When I receive the taxes back in the mail they are neatly prepared and easy for me to go over the completed paperwork for any questions or If I feel there was an error which thankfully I have never found. I do not feel the need for personal interaction.
My husband and his dad have relied on mellon for years! Decades actually!!They are VERY responsive to their client's phone questions. They provide quick and accurate tax preparation for our family. We wouldn't go anywhere else!Highly recommend.
Taking my taxes to Mellon Tax Service for the past 3 years has been a very good experience. They are so friendly and courteous, did an excellent job on my taxes, and the prices can't be beat! I can highly recommend!
