“My friend referred me to Fetterer a couple years ago. Now, I’ve been going to them for the past 3 years. It’s fast, professional and affordable.Today when I got my taxes done. I had to bring my baby with me and, the lady, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, offered my daughter a toy to keep her occupied. After I told, she’ll chew on it, this kind lady said that it was my babies to keep. Now if that’s not a testament to customer service I don’t know what is.Great all around. “I have never had anything but good service at Mellon. I prepare my paperwork, drop it off along with payment and I'm good to go. I have my appropriate paperwork in order so no need for face to face. I trust them. When I receive the taxes back in the mail they are neatly prepared and easy for me to go over the completed paperwork for any questions or If I feel there was an error which thankfully I have never found. I do not feel the need for personal interaction.“
