Very happy with the service at Boss Taxes. I was impressed as soon as I walked into their office. Most tax places are dusty old places with piles of paper and folders everywhere. Boss' was inviting, well decorated and had delicious snacks. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful! This year was our first time taking our taxes to Boss and while we were too late to have a sit down meeting to discuss our taxes, they answered all our questions and finished the taxes quickly. I will def use their services next year!

I’ve been going to Boss for many years. After David (original owner and Joanna’s Dad) passed away, I was a bit concerned about whether or not I’d continue to get the same level of great service I had become used to. Joanna and her team put those concerns to rest very quickly. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. They truly value me as a customer. I actually look forward to going every year.
