The reason for removing one star is that getting warranty work done requires my following up to get the work done. To get 5 stars they would be on top of this and knock these items out quickly.“

“I had an issue with replacing my Rinnai tankless water heater and gave Sam a call. He had me send him a photo, and walked me through how to uninstall the old unit over the phone. He didn’t have to do this but took the time…and I was able to get the old unit out on my own. It says a lot about someone’s integrity when they’re giving advice without a charge. If I have any future issues I’ll be using May Plumbing! Forget the big guys, they can’t touch the personal service that Sam and May Plumbing provided.“
