“First I want to say that I don't usually write reviews, but given my experience with the team at Mint Properties I felt compelled to write a little note. My wife and I wanted to replace the doors and windows in our home and after an exhaustive look into our options we were still struggling with what product to buy and what contractor to use for the install. That's when I reached out to Tasheana and Miguel. We chatted for a few minutes on the phone and Tasheana said she would have their project manager give me a call and to my surprise minutes later Daryl Skirvin called. I told him about our project and he scheduled a time to come see our house. After looking at our home and talking about our options Daryl and Miguel assured us Sun Windows and Doors would be an excellent choice, so that's what we ordered. The doors and windows are now installed and we absolutely love them. “We hired genesis due to the work they did at my place of business. The quote was the best we found. They began the work on our covered deck within 2 weeks. At first we were having some issues with the deck and the finishes on it but they listened and fixed every issue we had when building the extension of the deck. Then we had to get a permit to add the cover to our deck which took a while but once we got that approved they were over to do it and completed it within 2 weeks. The team that came were fantastic with the covered deck and not once did I have to question or have them change what they were doing. Attention to detail was good and it was well worth it. It made us happier with the whole project once this was complete. We would recommended and employ Genesis again for other projects. Thank you“

“James came out to look at a small job to run some venting for bath exhaust fans, ended up having him look at the patio we had that needed to be replaced. James as a general has to use sub contractors and the patio came out great. His sub could have done a better job on post job cleanup, but given all of the quotes we received and the options available to solve the issue, James provided good value and the work should add value to the home. Will call James in the future if I need other work done.“
