I recently used Remodel and Renovate to perform work on a guest room shower and some upstairs windows. For the shower, they replaced grout with caulk where it was cracked and letting water seep. I was concerned all the tile would need to be replaced, but after thorough inspection, Gar told me that caulk (not grout, as in my shower) should be used where two planes meet. He was able to remove the old grout and replace it with similar color caulk to fix this quickly and at considerable savings.
