My homegirl and I went in today for a cut and color. Tori did my two tone and butterfly cut. She did an amazinggg job! My hair is extremely long and she didn’t butcher the length. she was diligent, asked a lot of questions about what I wanted done and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted with her professional advice. She 10/10 delivered. Mel did my friends hair she went from a brown to a red and she gave her a beautiful rich red and butterfly cut. She looks 10/10 as well. I highly recommend tangles from the atmosphere to the staff it was a great experience.
Shelby is truly the most amazing hair stylist I have ever had. She is kind hearted, fun to talk to, and somehow makes the time in the chair fly by. It always feels like I am in and out because she creates such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. She is incredibly strategic, fast, and talented, and I absolutely love what she does with my hair. Part of me wants to gatekeep her because she is that good, but she deserves all the credit in the world.

I'm a loyal customer and Tangles never fails to impress. The team's customer service is always top-notch, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Not to mention they do a great job at their job. I went into the salon not knowing what I wanted to get and Tori definitely got the job done!
