I am very pleased with this location in highly recommend. I took my daughter in who has very curly hair, we were going to get a trim but we ended up doing light layers and Nessa did an amazing job and I am glad that we can trust her. The other associates there were also very kind, this store has very great customer service. This store is also very clean. Thank you for your hard work and we are new customers.

For some reason, I can never get the online check-in to work for me.I get online and I check in and when I arrive for my appointment, my name isn't on the list. Is this just me because it isn't the first time this has happened.

The staff was really nice and very interactive, it was clean, quick, and not ridiculously priced. So overall, it’s a good place. However, when I went in I was really nervous because I haven’t cut my hair since I was kid because they cut it all off, but I convinced myself to go in. And when I told her what I wanted, she told me it wouldn’t do anything, and so I just said “well oh okay; we could do a bit more then” and then all she did was trim it after calling my ends on my hair gross and told me we were done and “she knew what I wanted” and obviously I wasn’t going to say anything because I was nervous as it was.
