The staff is great but the wait times are so long and no one seems the least bit concerned. Staff is patient and professional and I have no complaints regarding how I've been treated as a patient but Lutheran needs to support them and assist them in establishing a more efficient officeI came here for a school physical and have spent a total of 7 hours waiting for 3 scheduled appointments (physical, tb read, and another tb test) and I'll still need to get the tb test read. That's a huge time commitment for what was a scheduled appointment . I came here because it's the closest to my house. JUST for a drug screen for my job. There were 3 people already people, including me, in the waiting area. Why did it take 2 hours? The receptionist literally don't do anything because because everything is online or on the kiosk. Do not recommend at all.
