The atmosphere provides a strong sense of community with very encouraging, helpful, and wonderful people, making it a motivating and enjoyable place to start the day. Access to iFit on cardio machines is also a appreciated feature.

I have been wanting to start back up working out consistently but needed motivation, I LOVE the group classes for this reason and the variety they offer. Also love the separate men and women's sauna's.

My family and I love OPS! The kids love running the track and playing basketball. I love taking all the different classes. All the instructors and participants are very encouraging and helpful. I love starting my day here.
