My young son split his lip open today playing. We got checked in quickly, and while there was a little bit of a wait we had a fantastic experience. It was the end of day and you could tell the staff was going through it, and I also watched quite a few people making rude comments and remarks and just walking out, which was disappointing to see that behavior as it wasn’t needed. We had excellent interaction with the receptionist despite their treatment from other guests. Our NP, Urick was delightful and so kind. Dominique Moore is so helpful she deserves a raise and promotion. With the state of healthcare being what it is, she went so far above and beyond the expectations that she revived hope in the system. Park view, give Dominique Moore a promotion!
Braion Chapman, NP was absolutely the best I’ve EVER had at a WIC. She was so knowledgeable and was quick to get me answers and solutions for my illness and took the time to listen to me.
Parkview needs more people like her!
