Although wait time to see the doctor was a little long I am still giving five stars because the handful of times I have been here with my children they have been exceptional. Dr Gillhenry was very kind and knowledgeable, the nurse that we saw was super kind as well. The male receptionist was also very kind. I appreciate welcoming staff! They have always been nice when I have been here throughout the years. I am between here and New Haven ready-med but I prefer this one due to its exceptional customer service. I understand that the wait time can be longer depending on the day and I don't mind it especially if the staff is great
My young son split his lip open today playing. We got checked in quickly, and while there was a little bit of a wait we had a fantastic experience. It was the end of day and you could tell the staff was going through it, and I also watched quite a few people making rude comments and remarks and just walking out, which was disappointing to see that behavior as it wasn’t needed. We had excellent interaction with the receptionist despite their treatment from other guests. Our NP, Urick was delightful and so kind. Sad you have to wait over 2 1/2 hours to be seen. Then rushed when you are seen not even fixing the problem you went there for. The dark hair girl that works the front is rude. The np was nice but very quick to get you out like I said. Do better Parkview!
