Most people's complaints are about waiting. If you want a fast visit with a crappy doctor that does not care, there are plenty of other doctors you can go see. I appreciate that there is a doctor who actually cares.

Dr. Charles Coats treats his patients with respect. He is compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. Previous doctors that I have seen, for similar issues, have swept my symptoms under the rug.
