“NP Emeri Kinnamon was my provider yesterday and she was by far, one of the best providers I’ve seen at a walk in/urgent care for a long time. She actually took my concerns and (illness? ? ulcers?) very very seriously. She gave me not only healing care but future care and what to do if this happens again. She even went the extra mile and ordered labs. She gave me 2 topical steroids just to make sure she covered everything and to top it off, she gave me a liquid one to take after my condition was cleared just as a preventative. She also took the time, on a Sunday, to text me about my labs! Thank you again for being one of the only providers I spoke to/seen in the last 2 weeks that actually took me seriously and my concerns!”
