I usually go to MyEyeDr. back home, but since I moved, I switched to this location. Dr. Lucas was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Megan at the front desk was also incredibly welcoming, making the check-in process easy. Overall, I had a great experience.
Very friendly, helpful staff. I went to the Fort Wayne location to get glasses because they were in-network, and had frames I liked. Very happy with my decision. Glasses came back quickly and correct. I highly recommend this store!
Staff was polite and efficient, the appointment was fast, and the overall environment was clean and calm. They have plenty of affordable lenses to choose from. Overall the best eye appointment I've ever experienced in my 20 years of wearing glasses.
