Schmitt Inc was diligent and methodical in diagnosing several issues with my HVAC system. Technician Ed Cole was thorough and transparent in communicating problems and solutions during the service call. Would definitely recommend this company for residential HVAC service needs.
99 degree day, AC goes out at 5:00 pm. Called Schmitt and they were there within an hour or so. Michael (technician) explained what was going on, executed the work, and cleaned up. He even rounded up my foster dog which got out of the fence and took off up the road. Excellent service all the way around.
Jonathan from Schmitt Refrigeration did a fantastic job! He was very thorough, but also very patient with all our questions. He serviced both our furnace and our AC unit. We will definitely call them again for any other work we need!
