The technician that worked on our HVAC system was knowledgable, had a lot of experience and was confident in his skills working on HVAC systems. Would recommend him with full confidence in his promptness, communications skills and work ethic. He made sure to renew our annual service maintenance.
Wonderful service, I had them since 2010 and loved the services! They also have emergency service in case your air goes out at 11 pm on the 4th of July! Their service is very fast and reliable, great prices too!
Donnie, our tech, was a sweetheart. Kind and understanding that we didn't know what we were doing. He helped mom and me understand what was going on with our air flow and what helps it. He checked everything out for us and got us rolling again.
The price for the service call was very good, less than others! I highly recommend Perfection!
