“99 degree day, AC goes out at 5:00 pm. Called Schmitt and they were there within an hour or so. Michael (technician) explained what was going on, executed the work, and cleaned up. He even rounded up my foster dog which got out of the fence and took off up the road. Excellent service all the way around.“
