“The medical care is very good. They did additional testing and treated my problem accuracy and quickly. There was a Wait but once in with medical staff it was great care. I Have to commend The front desk staff that was registering A continue to flow of patients . Some are just to get a covid Test. Some there for minor illnesses. some are there for real urgent care needs. I think everyone needs to remember that if somebody walks in with chest pain shortness of breath. The baby was a croupy cough for a high fever. We're going to go in before you. I think it's amazing we can get medical care same day with out an appointment you just have to wait And it is worth the wait“

“Doctor Mario Robbins is one of the best psychiatrist in the NWI region. I have been a patient for 7yrs now. His staff is for the most part a great staff. We are all human beings dealing with mental health challenges daily. Doctor and his staff are also human beings that have a call in life to render services to Us with the mental health challenges. Yes we may have to wait longer periods sometimes but it is NOT every single appt. “I was dreading taking my daughter to the immediate/urgent care as it is usually a long wait. However, this was not the case. My experience was quick and easy starting at reception. The young lady at the reception/intake desk was personable, professional and efficient. We were called to the back before I was done talking to the young lady at the reception desk. The nurse and doctor were pleasant and attentive once we got to the back. They both asked a lot of questions to determine a diagnosis. They were quick and we were only there approximately 45 mins total. I will go back.“
