Since my family doctor and gynecologist retired I was looking for doctors to replace them. However I decided to try Oak Street health where they treat 65 and older patients. Today was my first visit and I was very pleased with the staff, who are very polite attentive and professional. Especially angel the nurse practitioner and her assistant. I'm very glad I joined.
My consultation with Oak Street Hammond was met with great satisfaction. I switched providers because I felt like I was not getting the care my previous primary care provider gave me before her retirement 2 years ago. I will be making my first appointment very soon.
My 1st visit at Oak St Health-Hammond and it was AMAZING…..From the front desk to the NP and her Scribe. Everyone’s smiling and so pleasant, respectful and friendly. I knew from the beginning that I would definitely become a patient here. The NP, Barbara is caring and she takes the time to make sure that she gets all of your information so that she knows exactly what has to be done regarding your health situation. I’m very impressed with Oak St Health -Hammond and everyone that I came in contact with today! Oh, by the way…..all staff members were just as pleasant and welcoming as in the commercials that I’ve seen. 🥰
