“Very happy with the final results. I will add that make sure you get in writing what work will be performed and how it will be performed. During the initial consultation and quote, we discussed how a repair would be handled. When it came to the actual repair, it was not handled in the same manner. When I brought it to their attention, they said they did not have the proper tools to make that repair.

Would I use them again? Absolutely. The floors turned out great and we are very happy with them. I do wish some of their services could be a bit more professional. Perhaps I’m a bit old-school, but appearance and presentation go a long way.“
