Great organization. Great staff . Mike and his staff were very, very cordial, friendly and professional. Adam, the installer was very professional and very skilled. Did an absolutely fabulous job in my stairwell. I couldn't be happier with the carpet selection and the installation. I would highly recommend Crown flooring for your next flooring project.

Meridith was very helpful by bringing out samples even though it was a long choosing process. Mike came out to measure and assisted with some helpful suggestions that would accent my new floor. The three gentlemen that installed the floor were very professional and often asked questions as to how I liked the floor. They also asked questions to be sure I was happy with the process. I will definitely go there for my next floor project.
Extremely satisfied customer. Mike and Meredith were both great, getting us a great product at a great price. Our two installers were amazing and both were attentive to our needs. No corners were cut by this team.
On a side note, we were not happy with the process at ICC floors and very happy we went with Crown Flooring.
