I cannot be happier with Lowell Carpet & Coverings, their friendliness and knowledge are above other businesses like theirs. Their installers were very punctual and got the job done quicker than I expected and left the rooms very clean. I highly recommend Lowell Carpet and Coverings.

We purchased 5 rooms of flooring from Lowell Carpet & Coverings. From the first phone call that we made to ask general flooring questions, to the completion of the project, these people were absolutely wonderful. Joy was with us every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and so friendly. I can say the same about the measurer that came to our home, as well as the installers and others working in the office. Their customer service is excellent and they really know their business. We are so happy with our new flooring and so grateful to the staff at Lowell Carpet & Coverings. I highly recommend them.
