Ron and Lane were wonderful. My tub pipes were leaking and the floor was rotten. They replaced the pipes, the subfloor, and tub. As an added bonus, they moved the main water shutoff valve from under the crawlspace to the cabinet below the kitchen sink. Everything is great and I'm very pleased. They were also kind and professional.
Ron Wrather is fantastic. I have had plumbers come out in March and again yesterday for the same issue—a clogged bathroom sink that shoots gunk and water out the overflow when plunged.
Yesterday, they told me after working on it for two hours that the cause was my super old pipes and that the drain would just be slow from now on.
Today, when water pooled at my bare feet after brushing my teeth, Beverly sent Ron out to investigate.
Ron found clogs and a leak that had been missed. He has been here before, and he always thorough, kind, and explains clearly what is going on so I understand the cause and how to fix in the future.
