I noticed our AC was coming on but shutting off after about 15 seconds. We have done business with Andrews for over 40 years. I gave them a call at about 3:45PM and talked with Jerry, the service manager, and told him the symptoms. Jerry immediately, and correctly diagnosed the issue based recent power outages. He arranged for one of the service men, John, to stop by on his way home. John was here within 20 minutes, double checked the issue and immediately made the repair. John has a pleasant personality, and explained things as he worked. This is the kind of service Doug and Chris, operating Andrews Heating and Air Conditioning, is known for. Doug, Christine, Jerry, and the entire staff at Andrews Heating & Cooling were very professional and thorough in explaining the work that was performed. I would recommend these fine people to anyone.

Joey the technician explained all aspects of the process of checking my unit and the repairs that needed to be done to me in terms I could understand. He Did Not push a new A/C unit, if it was not needed. He was on time, very personal and respected my input. I am glad I called Andrews and would recommend to all my friends. Andrews will always be my go to company to call for maintenance, repair and a new system is needed.
