While I live in Central Florida, I have visited Indiana Vein and Lymphatic six times this year. I have also become a fan of Southwest Air which makes it easy to get there. My experience with Dr. Schoonover and his team far exceeded my expectations. He had been recommended by my Orthopedist, Dr. Cole, here in Orlando as the place to go to get my legs as healthy as possible prior to knee surgery this October. I didn't realize how long I'd been living in discomfort, until it got to the point where I couldn't kneel in my garden or sit with my legs bent without pain and cramping. I feel like I have new legs now, not only how they feel, but how they look. The procedures were relatively painless and the staff are always helpful and cheerful. Dr Shao did a fabulous job of explaining everything and keeping me comfortable during my procedures. I highly recommend going in for a consultation if you are even thinking about getting treatment.
I absolutely recommend Dr. Shao at Indiana Vein Specialists. He and all staff I have encountered over the last few months have been fantastic. Everyone takes the time to make sure you understand procedures, recovery, etc. They take the time to answer all of my questions. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming, kind, and relaxed. I did not know what to expect, but Dr. Shao and his team made my appointments, dare I say, almost enjoyable. I appreciate them all. This has been a very positive experience.
