Sorry we're a little late with this review. Mr. Young was a huge help to me and my husband. We're grateful. Our old unit, after nine years, began pouring out condensation by the buckets into our floor and flowed into our vents. Not sure if I should mention the company name that sold us the bad unit, but my husband could sure spend an Hour telling them they are number One. Their service contract was useless. Anyway, Mr. Young came out, assessed the situation and within a few days had a Lennox unit installed. We're very pleased with him and the unit. Thank you!
Troy was recommended to us by a friend, probably about 10 years ago, and he performed a couple annual furnace checks for us. A couple years later, our air conditioning quit after a storm. Another business told us that it was just dead and needed to be replaced. Troy came out and actually checked it and diagnosed that we had taken a lightning strike, so our air conditioner replacement was covered by insurance. Since that time, he has replaced the start capacitor and recharged it a couple times. He is prompt and professional, and he is also very personable. Had Troy out for service on a/c unit during recent high heat days. Called late Thurs afternoon and he was able to get to us Fri morning. Got it charged up and cooling quickly. Gave advice when asked about replacement options for our older unit. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.Service: A/C system repair
