“We have a large roof consisting of several sections. 5200 sq ft of shingles are needed. The original roof did not last as long as we expected. A friend suggested we get an estimate from Oscar Roofing. Oscar met with us a few times and provided 3 estimates as we looked into using different materials. These discussions were very helpful and resulted in a competitively priced estimate.
Oscar did a good job planning their work. They showed up on time with about a dozen workers. In one day ALL the new roof was installed. We were aware of some bad spots in the old roof so Oscar brought 8 roofing boards in case damaged boards were found. We and Oscar were both surprised when a total of 53 roofing boards, about one third of roof, were needed to replace damaged boards. Oscar was able to acquire the new boards and keep the job on schedule. We think some problems in the original roof have been corrected. The quality of Oscar’s work is excellent. Clean up at the end of the job was thorough. Our decks and driveway were cleaner when Oscar left that before they started work.
We will use Oscar on other projects.”
