Nothing but great experiences so far. Ordered carpet and plan to order future needs. Communication and staff was quite helpful and informative. They assisted in the best Kay for carpet with our floor plans. They offer measuring and installation services. They offer nearly everything you need for floors, carpet, laminate, tile, wood, etc.

We had a good experience with Bounds Flooring. They installed new carpet in our stairwell and we are pleased with the work. We worked with Lisa who was quite helpful in being sure we selected the appropriate carpet. The installer did a good job, as well. We would definitely return to them when more carpet needs to be replaced. Friendly company and good service.... can't ask for more than that!
