Gene, his team, and our installer Mike were fantastic. Our old floors were showing their age and we wanted to replace the existing carpet and laminate in our house with hardwood. We are very happy with the Viking hardwood product that we selected and the installation went smoothly.
As with any large project, I tried to get 3-4 quotes. One company with a mobile showroom was by far the most expensive and did not have transparent pricing. Another large store in town said hardwood on our stairs couldn't be done because of the spindles (see photos for finished job by Mike).
