“I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years and recently noticed a huge improvement. I had left feedback before about things like cleanliness and towels not being restocked—but I said it out of care, hoping to see the place thrive. And wow, it really has!

Rena was such an amazing manager and trainer—she kept the place in great shape . You could really feel the care she put into keeping things running smoothly. After she left, there was a noticeable gap. The district team did what they could, but it’s clear now how important it is to have solid leadership in-house.

Since Hannah came on board (along with another hardworking team member— I wish I knew her name because she deserves credit!), the difference is honestly night and day. The gym is cleaner, towels are always stocked, and staff greet you with a smile ?. I also love how they support members on social media—it makes the vibe feel more personal and positive.
