Staff (I think Hannah?) was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! There was a great variety of equipment, (2) private shower rooms and the atmosphere was calm and respectful. Thank you for a great visit!

It's usually crowded. Ppl ask for money out front each time I come. Ppl try to walk in after you on your key scan. They rarely answer the phone or message back. And if you go to use the bathroom, if someone touches the door knob while you're in there... with it locks... the door opens.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years and recently noticed a huge improvement. I had left feedback before about things like cleanliness and towels not being restocked—but I said it out of care, hoping to see the place thrive. And wow, it really has!
Rena was such an amazing manager and trainer—she kept the place in great shape . You could really feel the care she put into keeping things running smoothly. After she left, there was a noticeable gap. The district team did what they could, but it’s clear now how important it is to have solid leadership in-house.
