Yoga near Woodstock

“Ms. Kara is a wonderful, and a well versed / knowledgeable yoga instructor. She knows Yoga very well, and has knowledge of Yoga beyond the physical practice (think of Yoga in the philosophical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, etc.). She is super understanding and very empathetic to all walks of life. I like that she is non-judgemental and does not expect you to be an expert of Yoga in her class by any means. She also doesn't expect you to believe in any of the philosophical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects if that is not necessarily your jam (which is a nice option for sure). Ms. Kara is actually quite the opposite, in the sense that she is understanding that everyone's viewpoint is different, and that everyone's body is different. Ms. Kara knows that there is a varying level of flexibility, balance, strength, etc. from person to person. If you have been debating taking a yoga class or coming to her studio I would highly reccomend you give it a try! She has worked wonders in my life, and I would reccomend her to anybody and everybody!“
