Happy hour yoga is truly the best part of my day! I'm so grateful to Nancy and all the amazing teachers who have helped me to build my strength and flexibility and stay centered.

I attended Nancy's Ashtanga class. I generally do Yoga in London UK and The Netherlands and this class was perfectly aligned with what I've learned overseas. It felt great to do a nice energetic class. Thank you! Namaste! ?
