The owners are a husband and wife who are unbelievably nice- always smiling, are hard workers, and do what they say they are going to do. “I can’t not believe how amazing Rob was, I came in with an emergency in the hopes of getting my sons shoulder pads fixed with in a few hours ( which I already new was an aggressive ask)

The seamstress was not in and Rob stepped in and used his amazing skills and helped fix my issue on the spot so that my son would have his shoulder pads for practice!!

This was above and beyond anything any place would ever do!!!

“When I say the tailor Traiqk is absolutely FABOULOUS !!! I mean talk about patient, kind and extremely skilled at what he does. He has a slew of costumers who are repeat clients who come to let him alter their items because he is just that good. My own grandmother recommended me to him for my birthday dress last year and when I say he made my dress look like it was made for me and only me ! That’s why this year when I came back with a dress worth almost 1,000 and custom I had no doubt in my mind he would alter the dress to perfection. He replaced missing buttons, sewed another panel for fit and overall was so professional by helping me make the dress look stunning ! They do not make tailors like this anymore the craftsmanship alone is perfect. Thank you Traiqk you have made both dresses for my birthday and absolutely smashing hit amoungst all who see it !“

I brought in a bunch of mine and my lady's winter clothing that had sat in a basement for a year and smelled of mildew, most of it dry clean only. I also asked for a work jacket to be sewn where I had ripped a large hole. She fixed everything perfectly and also went out of her way to repair buttons on my formal coat. Also just the most lovely woman, I told her I live across the street and she wouldn't take no for an answer and helped me walk everything up to my unit. They had closed for the day on a Sunday, and my buddy called to see if there was any place that would clean my dad's suit and lucky dress shirt (the one he wore for the birth of all three of his children) for his funeral the following Tuesday. It was the one task I didn't get a chance to take care of, and the funeral home needed to get it at least a day before.Jefferson Park cleaners was the fifth place my buddy called (all the others didn't answer) and told him to drop it off, even though they were closed for the day. Had it back to me by Monday morning. It gave me a lot of peace to be able to send him off in his lucky shirt.There's something to be said about a small business owner who understands that there is another human on the other end of the phone, and who strives to come through for a stranger when they need it the most. You might think that something like pressing a dress shirt is a trivial thing, but Jefferson Park Cleaners has obviously been in business for a long time, and they know that somebody calling right after they close for the day on a Sunday is probably somebody in need. Needed a couple suits cleaned and a button sewed back in place. I love it here. Not only do they do a great job and never damage any of my clothes, but they have incredible integrity. I left $10 and chapstick in My suit jacket. I would have never known it was there but when I came for pickup they returned the money and chapstick. The principle of that is astounding to me and amazing to see. They have won my business forever.
