It was definitely the most comforting experience I have ever had at a medical anything. At the time, I didn't have health insurance...I’m grateful for this non- life-threatening emergency I just spent the $100 instead of going into an ER and dealing with bills for the next 5 years. Unfortunately, one of the nurses told me I had to wheel the patient down myself instead of offering help. In contrast, Haxhi stepped in and did the right thing—putting the patient's well-being first. His support made a big difference, and I’m truly grateful.“
