Friendly efficient all around good experience addressing my issue and providing good information for treatment and what to do and not do. Lindsey was easy to talk to and explained everything well. Intake was smooth and friendly as well
Quick to get seen. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would avoid going if you would need image test as they don't have full access to certain machines. And will suggest you go to the ER not offering much of a solution without running test so save your copay. Also I have experienced when going there an hour or so before close, they're rushed and lack bed side manners.
They took an XRay of my husband’s increasingly severe shoulder pain, gave us a referral for an orthopod, informed us of the results , and gave us some options for pain control over the holiday weekend. Professional and proactive.
