I had an unfortunate experience at the urgent care at Duly on Ogden in Westmont and was fortunate to Google and find Midwest Express Clinic on 75th & Route 83 in Willowbrook by chance immediately afterwards 8/23/26. They could not be more welcoming, friendly, and professional. I required stitches and they were performed expertly with kindness and efficiency. 5/5 experience from the front desk to the medical staff!
I came in with an eye issue/irritation that caused it to be swollen and uncomfortable. They were quick, and very thorough at the same time. Constantly making sure I was ok/comfortable as well.
I arrived just five minutes before they closed, and they still welcomed me with exceptional care. They revived me and provided outstanding treatment without making me feel rushed.
The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the clinic was very clean and well maintained. I truly appreciate the care I received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need.
