Dr. Shah was personable, honest, and super easy to talk to. Most doctors are down to the point but he took the time to ask questions and genuinely cared. Would have loved to have him as the PCP.

The Team was amazing! Receptionist (Both ladies) were great by being caring and thoughtful with my concerns about my situation.
Dr. Ted Shieh has exceptional bedside manner! He explained in details what was happening and what to do going forward. Dr. Ted Shieh was relaxed and made me feel relaxed. My anxiety went away immediately to where I was calm and able to listen! And I felt comfortable he knew what he was doing when assessing my situation!

Condition of my shins has persisted since May 2026 and after primary care doctor visit on June 30...she is not open till next visit in October...so I came to Immediate Care of Duly Health. They took blood and gave me Ultrasound for possible blood clots...refered to Edwards Hospital Wound Care Clinic ASAP.
