“Every time we passed Skycrest, our cousin would point out that is Zoa's vet, they are wonderful. Sad to say, Zoa's owner passed and we inherited Zoa. Since Zoa meant so much to our cousin, we continued to take her there. Years ago, one of Skycrest's employees found Zoa under a car, ready to give birth, she was if anything a year old. They took care of Zoa and found homes for her offsprings. They approached our cousin, who just lost her cat, and told her they have an awesome kitty for her. They have a picture of her with her kittens and all say hi to her when we bring her in. They have been absolutely helpful with us caring for Zoa, who is 13 years young. She went above and beyond, showing genuine care, compassion, and understanding—not just for me, but for my dog too. “Everyone here from front desk to vet techs to doctors are wonderful. Our pooch received such compassionate excellent care for many many years. Dr Mateles is so caring, and very knowledgeable. She spent a great amount of time with our pooch at each visit. We were always able to get an appointment when we needed. When our pooch declined she told us the signs to watch for. Our family is very grateful for all the love and care we received from the entire staff. Our sweet doggie is now in heaven and we will see him again one day.“

“I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

My dog Bella had an emergency Monday morning, scared and unsure what was going on, she is only 6 years old. The staff was great getting me in asap to get a diagnosis. After a few tests we were told our dog had Bladder Stones and needed surgery.
Dr. Flahaven did an emergency surgery that same afternoon to remove many large bladder stones. The surgery went well and he covered everything from diet to meds and recovery. Thank you for saving our little Bella life. We are so grateful to have such an experienced, compassionate and professional team at Deer Grove for all our vet care.

Our dog received the medication he needed, and we weren’t charged anything extra. We also didn’t have to wait at all — we literally walked in, got helped, and walked out. “USE CAUTION
We almost spent thousands of dollars. Dr. Lim thought our pet had broken their CCL. At first we were okay with it until the day of the surgery he realize he was doing a lot better and actually took x ray. He realize it wasn’t torn instead it was swollen.
I’ve been at river trails for the longest and i haven’t had that accident with them but they’re pretty amazing team“

“I just had to write a review of Countryside Animal Clinic, because they have given the most incredible care to all of my pets. My 10 year old French bulldog, Bruno, recently became very ill. We had to make the decision to put him down as he was starting to have seizures and decline quickly. Mary, Countryside's manager, got us in quickly. It was a tough situation as I was flying back in from out of town. Having to do something like this with your beloved pet is so, so difficult. The staff at Countryside, from Naomi at the front desk, from the gentle care from Dr. Mary Hannah and to the love of Bruno from vet tech Chris, made what could have been the worst life experience much more bearable. They treated Bruno with so much love and respect. Dr. Hannah was SO kind in how she spoke to Bruno gently and lovingly. This was so calming and reassuring for me and Bruno. Chris held and hugged Bruno giving him little treats with tears in her eyes. Countryside REALLY loved my dog. I also can't forget to mention Dr. Malitz and all the other amazing stuff there. They literally have no turnover of staff which speaks volumes! I have had a rough couple of months and have sent countless emails and made many phone calls out of concern, and they were always kind, patient and helpful. Thank you Countryside for the incredible love and care you gave to Bruno.“
