I want to thank Dr. Vladimir Shapiro from the bottom of my heart, a truly gifted vet! Our cat started having trouble urinating. We went to another clinic first, where they immediately asked for at least 3,000 but didn’t solve the problem at all. By some miracle, we found this doctor, and it was our salvation.
I especially want to mention the young woman who answered the phone. She was so compassionate and wasn’t afraid to reach out to the doctor for us. And I understand what a big deal that is — animals are the most loyal creatures, yet they’re so poorly protected, and it truly matters when someone takes their pain seriously.
