I hired them to sand and refinish my hardwood floors in my home in October last year and was extremely satisfied. I volunteer for an animal shelter in Arlington Heights and we had an office and a multipurpose room with floors badly in need of replacement. I knew right away who I would call for the job. Vasi got back to me in a day with a quote. They removed the old laminate floors in both rooms and replaced them with more durable waterproof vinyl floors. They look amazing. “We recently had Robert and his crew refinish our first floor. I installed unfinished red oak in the living room and family room. The rest of the first floor was 25-year-old hardwood, which was very worn down. In many places, the finish was gone, down to the wood. We had some water damage in the kitchen from a dishwasher, and they replaced just enough boards to fix that. The biggest challenge with putting in new flooring with old flooring is matching the new with the old. Robert's crew did an amazing job; you cannot tell the difference at all.

The two gentlemen who did the work in the house were extremely efficient, polite, and mindful of the work they were doing and the mess that they were leaving. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves, minimizing the dust in the house. I think they even did some vacuuming of the counters in the walls before they left.
